Are shoes that have been worn eligible for return or exchange?Updated a year ago

Typically, shoes that show signs of wear are not eligible for return or exchange. However, if they do not appear worn, please send us pictures of the shoes, including the bottoms of the soles. We will review the condition of the shoes and determine if a return or exchange is possible. If signs of wear are evident, we cannot accept a return.
