How do I change the shipping address for my order?Updated a year ago
Because we usually get orders out the same day they are placed, all orders move into processing very quickly. Once an order is in processing, we are unable to make address changes.
If the order hasn’t been processed yet, please contact our customer service immediately.
If your order is already in transit, you can try to update the address through UPS My Choice. If they are unable to update your shipping address, you may be able to have your package held at a UPS Access Point for pick up.
If the shipping address was incorrectly entered during checkout, and the order is delivered to the incorrect location, it is not eligible for refund. This includes incorrect auto-population of a shipping address through a third-party payment provider such as PayPal, Venmo, etc. We encourage customers to verify all order details are correct before placing the order.
