We offer easy returns and exchanges via our return portal powered by Redo within 30 days of purchase for orders placed on our website.
If you purchased Free Returns + Package Protection at checkout, your order includes free unlimited returns. If not, you'll need to cover the cost of the return shipping. With this protection, you're eligible for a free drop-off return. If you prefer a pickup return, an additional fee applies even if you selected package protection. Please note Free Returns + Package Protection is non-refundable.
Items not eligible for return/refund: Last Chance, Final Sale, Gift Cards, Seconds, Made-to-Order/Custom styles, International orders, shipping fees and Redo Free Returns + Package Protection.
How to return or exchange: Start your return or exchange at our Redo Returns Portal ➝. Once your label or QR code is ready, follow the instructions provided. Refunds are issued to your original form of payment once the return is received and processed.
Instant Exchange Option: Need your exchange quickly? Use our instant exchange option. Your new item ships immediately, and if we don’t receive the original item within 7 days, you’ll be charged for the new pair.
Holiday Return Policy: Orders placed between November 1 and December 24 are eligible for returns and exchanges through January 31.
Warranty: All Taft shoes are handmade and built to last. We cover defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Warranty claims must include your original order number or receipt. Coverage applies only to purchases made directly from Taftclothing.com. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, or non-Taft shoe care products are not covered. For warranty assistance, email us at [email protected].
